"While planning our wedding my husband was in charge of finding the caterer while I did the other tasks and boy did he do a great job!! We wanted to serve breakfast food for dinner and we were blown away during our sampling. We picked the apple Gouda hash, crunchy French toast, bacon, and eggs Benedict. I cannot rave about that apple Gouda hash enough!! All of the food was phenomenal the day of the wedding and we got great feedback. We loved working with Pamela and hope to keep her in mind in the future. Also, our venue didn’t have a place to set up food AND the elevator quit working the morning of my wedding so the whole staff had to carry all of their equipment up the stairs. We felt so bad after finding out how much our caterer had to go through, but they were still so pleasant and excited to see my husband and I. I think that situation just shows how amazing this caterer was and I really cannot recommend them enough."
