I am pleased to extend and share my experience in using Terrace
Catering. I met Pamela and Christina on a Saturday afternoon; we did a taste
sampling at my home and it was immediately evident this dynamic duo was up for
the task. They had every detail covered, even the flowers. Their professionalism
and true care in planning my event was prevalent. The event was a true success,
the food exquisite and the service top notch. Terrace Catering will always be my
caterer of choice.

My first encounter with Terrace Catering was at a company picnic
in the park. They had the bare minimum of facilities to work with and did a
wonderful job. Most of the employees said it was the best group lunch they ever
had. I also had Terrace Catering prepare an extensive appetizer and
dessert collection for my husbands birthday party. Everyone raved about the
food, to the extent that one of the party attendees also had them cater an
event. I attended that event and again everyone at the party loved the food and
its presentation.
My personal favorites were the Machiko Chicken and the scallop appetizers with
wasabi that they made especially for my husband.

We had Terrace Catering for our wedding in the Fall of 2007.
The food & service far exceeded our expectations! The guests, 7 months later,
continue to comment on several items they enjoyed that we we selected from the
TC menu. It was a catered reception of over 200 guests and the food was served
at perfect temperature, the taste was amazing – truly amazing! I would highly
recommend them for any catered event (large or small) and they’ll be my first
call for any future catering needs. Their hospitatility and kindness truly puts
you at ease and allows you to have one less thing to stress about on your
important day. If Terrace Catering is doing your event, you’re in good hands.
