Terrace Catering is taking orders for Aug. 16-19 through 5pm Friday the 13th

The dinner deliveries have gone better than predicted. We are quickly filling up. We anticipated 4-6 deliveries nightly (M-TH) and we are actually hitting between 10-12! Very exciting! If you have not put your order in for next week, orders close for next week this Friday at 5pm. Are YOU on our delivery list??

This weeks menu is Mon: roasted pork loin with poached plums, cranberry couscous, and mustard glazed baby carrots

Tues: thai coconut chicken, coconut basmati rice, and mint snap peas

Wed: Broiled Tilapia with parmesan, lemon snap peas, and Greek orzo

Thurs: Eggplant lasagna rolls with roasted eggplant and tomato sauce, veggie salad with homemade buttermilk ranch dressing, and garlic bread.

We are also playing with the idea of offering prime rib or a ribeye/tenderloin selection for Friday evenings. This would come with 2 sides, bread, a salad, and a dessert. It would cost $100 for four, $50 for two. Interested? Let me hear from you!
